Empty Promises

I ordered some items on Takealot and received a sms to say that delivery would take place today. I phoned Skynet to find out what time the delivery are scheduled for and while on the line with the call center, the agent phoned the driver. The driver said that delivery will be before 3 pm today. It now 5:15 pm and I have not even had a phone call yet. <br> <br> This is poor services and empty promises being made. I will not recommend Skynet to anyone. I am still awaiting my delivery....
