Driver seems unlicenced

<p>This morning, on my way to work. I had to avoid meeting an accident with a SkyNet vehicle. Opel Corsa bakkie...Reg No.: VDP954GP. Coming out of Landau terrace Road in Melville at7:40am. The guy failed to stop at a stop sign and turned immediately onto the road, I am more than aware that such practice is common in society, however what concerns me is this guy driving around the whole day, how many times does he actually do this throughout the day. He does not do a basic K53 learners requirement which should be concerning. SKYNET should train their drivers about road safety</p>
