Driver refused to make a delivery at my address

I would like to lay a complaint against on of your employees. I am waiting for my study material to be delivered, This guy calls me and asks me for direction, as I was trying to explain to him with a popular area he cuts me off. He cuts me off and asks me to meet him there, I told him I can't because it's far and I have a baby at home, he than tells me I must leave it because I'm not interested and he hangs up. He calls me again just to tell me that I must not call him back on the number that he called me and that I must now fetch my stuff in Pinetown. I didn't get his name but he called me using this number ***. I am really disappointed at the lack of professionalism, do we get treated like this because we are students? Would he call a lawyer and him to collect his package on the street and not at his address? What is the purpose of providing an address if you will still requested to meet these people at some street coners, maybe that's how it works but this is my first time encountering something like this. Now that this guy refused to deliver my stuff what should I do? I wish you could hire people who needs jobs because he sure as hell doesn't need nor appreciate
