Driver not delivering my study material

I got a call on Friday 5 Feb from a man saying he was from Skynet and he needed directions to my place as he was in my area and wanted to deliver my unisa study material. To get a courier delivery from unisa at the beginning of the semester is usual practice. I gave him my address and awaited delivery. He never arrived. I called him on Saturday morning to find out why he hadn't delivered my material as promised and he responded by saying that he felt too tired to make the delivery the day before. He asked to confirm my address and again promised to deliver my material during the day, he could not give me an exact time but said that he would call when he was on his way. Around 4pm I tried calling him again and he didn't pick up. Only when I used a different phone did he pick up, he said that he was busy doing other deliveries in the area but promised yet again that I would get my material in the next hour or so. 7pm and still nothing. I tried calling him once more and he is not picking up the phone. I find this behaviour totally unacceptable. Speaking to him on the phone I had emphasised the importance of this material but he is showing no regard whatsoever.
