Driver Lying!!!

Skynet drivers are the pits! I expected my delivery to be expected today 7th September 2026. Around 15:30 I called the call center to enquire about the delivery, I was then told they can't get the driver on the phone but left him a message to call me. At around 16:46 I called again and I spoke to him through the agent and he told me to expect him around 18:00-19:00 since he was at Mooinooo at that time. At 18:15 I received the message that the parcel could not be delivered because I was not home or couldn't reach me on the phone. The driver ****! He didn't call and he didn't come. I waited and I still don't have the parcel with me.
