DRIVER AND CONSULTANT LIES AND SAYS THE PARCEL WAS ATTEMPTED TO BE DELIVERED WHEN I WAS HERE THE ENTIRE DAY

I am absolutely disgusted at skynet. My parcel went out on delivery today at 08:06am So I called skynet too find out what time the driver would be in my area..he phones the driver and the driver told him apparently he already attempted the delivery and the he called me but no answer. I have been home the entire day and nobody called me either. The person I spoke too says he tracked the vehicle and the driver was there and he did try too phone. The consultant and the driver are ****s. I took a day off work for this bull****. So apparently it can only be delivered tomorrow. And I will get the same story again tomorrow. What do they get out of lying. Just ****** hell deliver my parcel.

Samsung really needs to use someone else this is frustrating me now.
