Don't use this useless company

A company organised Skynet to collect small parcel from me. The promised day came and gone and nothing happened. Next day I called Skynet. Firstly their published telephone number "does not exist". I obtained from third party the phone number. They new nothing, but later found the reference and told me that before 16:00 the parcel will be collected. I called them again as it did not happen and was told to hold and nothing happened again. Bad service, highly *********** lot.
