DON'T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PARCEL

My parcel was scanned 16 times at the warehouse. I then eventually received a sms to say that my parcel was to be delivered. I waited the WHOLE day. Eventually went to bed after 23:00. The next day I tracked my parcel .. the delivery person returned to the warehouse at 21:00 citing that I was not available !! My cell number was available .. I didn't receive a phone call !!

I sent the customer service an email to inform them that I would not be paying any extra monies.

They returned the parcel to the sender !!

Terrible service !!
