Does anybody actually know what is going on ?

I am waiting for 3 International Parcels. Tracking numbers are<br> <br> ***86 , <br> ***57 & <br> ***56<br> <br> I have phoned so many branches and spoken to so many people but no one has actually been able to help me get my parcels. These parcels have been in a warehouse somewhere in JHB for more than 2 weeks and have not moved at all. Whats the point of having your parcels going through a Courier company , when they are much slower than the SA Post Office.<br> <br> Please can someone contact me who can assist.
