DO NOT USE SKYNET. LOSE PARCELS & NOT HELPFUL

Skynet has to be the very worst courier company I have ever used! I placed an order last week for 2 parcels (*** & ***) for delivery at a business address and then get a call on Saturday from the driver saying he is delivering... on a Saturday when there is no one at the business park! He then says, no problem, they will deliver on Monday. Monday rolls around...nothing. Tuesday, I call them and follow up, they assure me the parcels will be delivered Wednesday between 1 & 5pm. Wednesday comes and goes and nothing. I call now on Thursday only to be informed (after being on hold for about 15 minutes while they try and find the parcels) they have misplaced them and not sure where they are and can't find them on the floor!!! This is absolutely unacceptable and I will never use this service again and do not recommend; infact I will advise against.
