Do not use Skynet Express

Shocking experience - very difficult to score them a 1. I did my vehicle licence online and opted for my license disc to be couriered to me. I was advised on Monday that my parcel was on its way and that it would take 3 - 5 working days for delivery. Day 5 was yesterday. My parcel arrived at the Durban centre on Tuesday. I tried numerous times yesterday to make contact to find out when to expect delivery without any success. This morning while in town I received a sms advising that my parcel is out for delivery today and that I must ensure that somebody is available to receive it. I returned home just to be waiting. At 12:00pm I managed to get hold of someone in customer service, put me on hold for 7 minutes to contact the driver just to advise that he will be delivering before 14:30 today. It is 14:30 now and no sign of the driver. Do not use Skynet Express if you want service. Not sure what we are paying for. If it was my choice I would for sure not choose Skynet Express.
