Do not use!

<p>I sent a 200gram parcel using Skynet. I had to pay a substantial amount to send it.</p> <p> </p> <p>They collected the item - they assured me it will take 2 to 3 days to arrive. 2 weeks later I was still struggling to have the parcel delivered.</p> <p> </p> <p>They started sending emails and phone calls saying I must pay more money or else they will not deliver the item. They started sending quotes through for hundreds of rands. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was eventually forced to pay this money as I received threats of even more additional fees because the item is just sitting and taking space.</p> <p> </p> <p>Almost 3 weeks later the parcel finally arrived and it was broken. I have escalated this matter with Skynet and the feedback I have recieved is that they will not be responsible for the damages or the late arrival, despite false advertising being *******. </p> <p> </p> <p>They fabricate low quotes as a starter fee and then as soon as they have your parcel they throw in all these additional charges.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would not recommend them for the safety of your package nor for the charges.</p>
