Dissatisfied with Skynet service

I am extremely disappointed with Skynet. A delivery that was out for delivery on 9 March still hasn’t arrived, yet it keeps showing as “out for delivery” or “returned” with no communication whatsoever.

When I call, I get empty promises that my order will arrive the next day (10 March, then 11 March), but nothing happens. To make matters worse, my calls are dropped after asking me to wait, leaving me frustrated and without any solution. Last call I was connected with the driver who said 'He will see if can make it today' yhoo as if they are doing me a favor.

Honestly, this is unacceptable. The struggle to get my order delivered is too much, and now I am considering stopping buying from Temu because of this poor service when I'm expecting my deliveries because this is not the first time I must go back and forth with the companies that they use. What I fail to understand even more is why there is an option for delivery address if there are areas they don't deliver to if that is the case. I won't even go to "why do they take the orders if they do not intend to deliver".
