Dissatisfied by unprofessionalism and incompetence

The worst company ever. I've been expecting my delivery from last week Friday and when I try to call I won't get through. What kind of a courier company is this? I am so disgusted. I have been waiting for my car license disk now I'm driving with expired disk and that has never happened. I don't know why these companies are using this pathetic skynet.
