DISMAL SERVICE that is absolutely PATHETIC!!!!

The absolutely WORST courier service I have ever experienced!! Do NOT waste your time and energy on this service. Their Whatsapp line is pointless, the customer care line - ensure you have 30 mins of waiting time and airtime for the call before you get to a rude customer agent who offers false promises and no real information and their email will get another pointless answer 3 days later.

This service was not in my hands as I am receiving a parcel but I will never again opt to receive from them again. NEVER. I will rather lose out on whatever I want to buy.
