************ Dishonest business practices

I wish there was a negative rating for this company I ordered 3 items on Temu, one of which they delivered and updated the Temu website that all items were delivered. With much back and forth and begging and pleading, they just said maybe my order was split with another courier, despite the fact that Temu assured me that only Skynet was used. Skynet's attitude was that this was not their problem, while physically ticking each item delivered. No apologies. No maybe it was lost or ******. I am now without 2 expensive sets of kitchen organizers and food storage containers. 49 in total for the 2 orders. I'm sad and angry
