Dishonest and lazy - Unreliable and ************* - How are companies like this still in business?

I placed an order as a priority and emergency. My order through Skynet (South Africa) is more than 3 days late and I cannot contact anyone to resolve the issue. I have complained to the service provider that I placed the order with and they have complained to Skynet, but they have only returned back to me with relayed excuses and no word or intention of resolving the late delivery issues. I have sent email complaints with no reply. I just called their customer service and I was again given excuses. Apparently their driver made an attempt to deliver my package 3 days ago, but said my place of work was closed - a lie. I was at the delivery address, the parking lot was open and full of cars, security were allowing people inside - their delivery driver did not make any attempt to deliver the parcel and was dishonest about the apparent delivery. Now I can't reach anyone.
