Dishonest and ***********

They do not deserve a single star! They are dishonest and ***********. License disc renewal was completed on the 30th of September on the FNB App and I received an sms on Monday the 1st of October indicating that my parcel is out for delivery. No one came. On the 2nd of October I received an sms with the tracking link- on the tracker they said my address was wrong. I called and the lady confirmed that the address and my contact details were correct and promised that the parcel would be delivered the next day. I have called a number of times and have been promised that the parcel would be delivered but it still has not arrived. I escalated to FNB and was told that it was still within the 7 -14 days delivery time. I am still waiting and plain frustrated. I tried a service that I thought was convenient but instead have ended up with stress and frustration.
