Disgusting service from SkyNet Worldwide Express

Good Afternoon

Once again, I have sat here the whole day waiting for Skynet to arrive to deliver my parcel, but NO ONE has arrived.

The lady at reception promised me late yesterday afternoon that they would be here this morning, but nothing!! (I received a SMS on Thursday saying my parcel would be delivered on Thursday)

So, two days of my life wasted because of your SkyNet's incompetence. I was supposed to receive my parcel on Thursday but it has still not arrived.

Please can you ask that one of your management call me to discuss this matter.
