Disgusting Service for a Courier Company

This is the worse Courier company to deal with and does not even deserve a star. I had ordered items from Woolworths online on the 25th November 2024. Parcel was to be delivered no later than the 29th November 2024. To date being 12 December 2024 I have still not received my parcel from this disgusting courier service. From inception of delivery all the tracking tool states is consignee not available. No attempt has been made to either call or deliver my parcel. I have been calling Woolworths contact center almost every day and all I get is we will escalate the issue. A person should have the option to choose a courier service company when purchasing online as this service is apalling. Looking at the reviews on this pathetic courier service says it all. They should not be given business by well known companies.
