Disgusting service delivery

Worst service from a courier company I have ever experienced. I hope AMC cookware never uses this courier company ever again. The service is disgusting. My parcel was out on delivery but sent back undelivered stating "company closed" but its my home address and I was home the entire day waiting my delivery. I tried calling skynet several times and finally got through after holding for 30mins, then I spoke to Dores the call center agent who assured me my parcel will be out on delivery the next day. So when I tracked my parcel the next day, it was not out on delivery. I then proceed to call skynet again.... several times no answer. There is absolutely no way of getting hold of this company.... what kind of unprofessional courier company is this? There is no one to answer your calls, They don't have competent drivers who are able to successfully deliver a parcel .... I am extremely upset with the poor service delivery.
