Disgusting service

If it were up to me i wouldn't even give it a star. You don't deserve it. It's been 10 days waiting for my parcel and they keep delivering at a wrong address even after it has been changed. The call center agents keep you on hold until your airtime finishes. I am disgusted by their services!!!
