Disgusting service

I have been waiting for my delivery yesterday made arrangements for me to work from home since they said they will deliver yesterday, they sent me an apology around 5pm that my parcel would not be delivered I suppose they will try and do it the following day first thing and I haven’t heard from them and I’m afraid I might not be home when they deliver I have an appointment with the dr today I don’t understand why wasn’t it delivered first if the failed yesterday
