Disgusting service

This company is absolutely disgusting . I have been waiting for my vodacom order all I get is sms on order delivery failed ,when I try contacting them it’s says they have more 40 callers ahead of me, I proactively called the Vodacom call centre I was assured that when they are at the door they will call me.I opted for WhatsApp still i am not getting help nothings second failed order.i don't understand why Vodacom is associating themselves with this company
