Disgusting service!!!!

<p>The service from Skynet Worldwide Express South Africa - Pretoria Branch is DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!<br />On the 01st July I requested a collection from Cape Town for the 05th July. The courier pitched on the 01st July after I CLEARLY requested the 05th as my package would only be ready then. He was RUDE to my supplier and just NEVER WENT BACK AGAIN.<br />My supplier contacted me on Wednesday to say NO ONE had arrived and I contacted the courier company via email AND I called them. I was told they would investigate and call me back. No one rep**** to my email and no one called me back.<br />This morning my supplier contacted me again to say NO ONE HAS ARRIVED YET. <br />The package was needed for tomorrow's chipping events where I am completely fully booked. I now have to cancel all my appointments and tarnish MY name because of this useless company!!! I will be losing much needed income due to the cancellation of the appointments. I am a charity that depends on the income to care for rescue animals and pay vet bills.<br />DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I could get my package quicker if I leopard crawled to Cape Town and back.</p>
