Disgusting service

This couriers client services are pathetic. 1st of all they never sort out a query and when u call them the phone rings for more than 20mins then the line just cuts off they never pick up or reply to emails or whatsapp conplaints their drivers states that they attempt delivery but even tho someone is at the address never saw any driver attempting to deliver and they do not even try to call the client this is pathetic. DO BETTER
