Disgusting service.

TOTALLY disgusted in the service delivery or should I say lack of service by this company. Someone send me a OVERNIGHT package on 25 April in other words it was supposed to be delivered on 26 April. It is now 28 April AND STILL NO PACKAGE!!!!! The person who send the package tried to call numerous times and no answer. I e-mailed the company and only got a copy/paste response that they will come back to me.

I find this TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! At this stage I feel Skynet have taken money for a service THEY DID NOT deliver PLUS they STILL HAVE MY PROPERTY!!!!!!
