Disgusting Service

I have been trying to sort out getting my parcel since the 19th! it took days to send through the invoice to pay for customs, which i wasnt even aware of, fine, none the less i paid customs and everything else that needed to be paid, i made sure that it was paid and cleared immediately as i wanted my stuff by today for tomorrow. Guess what no one can be bothered to respond.

I have emailed: Maxeen Naidoo, Hendrick Makubung, Lesego Mmasisi, Emmah Matlhoko, Ankush Kamboj and Thina Tseisa and guess what i have received no response as to when my parcel will arrive, your customer service or lack thereof is utterly disgusting! I have been messed from pillar to post by yourselves, i will never purchase anything from Next again and i will certainly never use yourselves to deliver anything, since you don't seem to actually care about providing a reliable, efficient service!
