Disgusting service!!

I cant believe Vodacom uses this terrible service. I feel the need to cancel my order and tell my family members to do the same. We have sent messages to the skynet whatsapp line on Monday at 19:39, we reached an agent, only to get a a stupid response Tuesday at 14:59. They sent an sms with waybill number, we dialled the Skynet number and it just rang the entire time until the line would disconnect. I am so upset. I even emailed them. Yet nothing. Disgusting, this is not the service we deserve or need. Skynet should be shut down.
