DISGUSTING FOLLOW UP AND DELIVERY

<p>I recently ordered an item from Momentum. Momentum uses Skynet for delivery. After two weeks of waiting. i called and asked where is my parcel. Apparently it was sent already. And then i recieved an email with a POD. In the reciept was clearly stated the correct address, but the driver just dropped it off where he felt like it and if someone signed for it, he would give it, AND HE DID!!! Then i called Skynet to see what happened, so they got hold of the driver, we spoke to him and he was not even sorry and was rude saying, yes i delivered it there, and i asked: "did u read the address" and he said he didnt know... like what the ****. so now my item is lost, cannot be found, and what did SKYNET DO?!?!?! NOTHING!!! NO FEEDBACK AFTER CALLING!!!!! NO FOLLOW UPS!!!! </p>
