Disgusting delivery service

I have 2 packages coming through sky net for delivery. One has an address 10 000 miles away which is incorrect and the other one is backlogged. I try calling the head office and durban branch with hours wasted for someone to pick up but still get no where. What ****ty service do you'll provide???? When are you'll going to get things right! This is a disgusting service that needs to be addressed!
