Disgusting customer service

The one star is because there is no option for half a star. Terrible customer service and *****. Tracked my parcel yesterday and they said they had arrived but "consignee was not available" nobody called ,nobody arrived. (I had to cancel my plans by the way). Second day, they said they will arrive between 12 and 3....nothing called again they said between 4 and 5....still nothing. I will be posting them on all social media networks. This is unacceptable.
