Disgusting and rude employee

A man just came to pick up something for me to be delivered and his attitude was absolutely disgusting! He was so aggressive and rude! I mean it’s 16 days of activism against child and woman abuse and here is a man being aggressive towards me! Not acceptable!!!!

And when i want to call his supervisor the numbers on the paper I received they don’t work!

This is the second time I’m complaining about him! What will it take for you to discipline him? Does he have to assault me first the you guys roll take action. UNACCEPTABLE!
