DISGUSTING AND PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A SERVICE!!!

I am fuming, enraged and absolutely disgusted at the incompetence and unprofessionalism of this pathetic company!!! So today, I was called by a person from A conference centre 600m away from my house asking if I am me and that skynet delivered my order there because the driver said he can't find my house. I am shell shocked! The audacity of these stupid, *****ic and brain dead embiciles is numbing!! Not even a phone call to say, "sorry, we can't find your house, meet us at ... or please direct us. NO! They just left my order there and went on with their day. What if the reception centre there wasn't honest and courteous to call me and let me know that my order was dumped there. I am appalled!! They left my order with complete strangers and did not even send a text to let me know!!! Disgusting and pathetic!! My numbers are ***. They are on a package delivered, that's how the conference centre contacted me! The sorry excuse of a driver could not even text me!!
