Disgracful

I am extremely disappointed in Skynet. My parcel said it was out for delivery on the 13th March and still to this day I have not had anything delivered. When I contact them its we will get back to you but no one gets back to me. I want to know where my parcel is and why it is not been delivered. I am paying for a service that I cannot use due to skynet not delivering on time. I will never use Skynet again and when someone asks me if i want to use them m y answer is NOOOOOO I wont ever receive my parcel. I want this matter sorted out and someone needs to get in touch with urgently.
