Disgraceful Service, Absolutely Pathetic.

Absolute BS, service is everything except user friendly, quick or easy, it's the complete opposite! Call centre takes anything from 20 min to an hour to answer the initial call, (by the way, the call drops automatically after an hour and you need to call back again) then the agent takes your tracking number and puts you on hold for about 5min or so before cutting the call. Can't really complain about the service when it's non existent. Might as well remove your voice over stating "Your call is very important to us, Please wait!" Because no one's call is important to you at all it seems. Drivers request customers to change the delivery address to make it simple for them! Where in your life!! The drivers have the audacity to state that the delivery attempt failed due to me not being available when absolutely no one tried calling.... Service is absolutely disgraceful and an insult to the customer service industry.
