Disgraceful Service

This is the most useless courier company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. For the second time now I have been getting the runaround from them. The first time I had to rely on them to deliver a package from a service provider I eventually received the package after backwards and forwards for seven days. This time I am at the end of day four. Their customer service call center agents are rude and unhelpful and nine times out of ten they just cut you off, I have spent more than two hours on calls to them over the last three days and I still do not have my package.
