Disappointing servive with no accountability

<p>I was called by skynet to organize to meet with them for the collection of my UNISA study material, as a result i cancelled an appointment with a specialist in Pietermaritzburg. Much to my disappointment they did not arrive nor did anyone call me with an explaination. This is the second time the PMB branch has made change plans to accomodate them only to be taken from pillar to post when i call them regarding this matter!</p> <p>Still the delivery has not been made</p>
