Disappointing Service from Skynet! Do not use ever!

What a pathetic delivery system. I have an important parcel received at their local hub on the 9th of August. I have send multiple emails and WhatsApp messages to receive feedback that it has been escalated. Secondly, they first stated that consignee scheduled delivery which I did not do, and then two days in a row states that consignee is not available whilst I have cancelled all my plans and stayed at home in anticipation of receiving my parcel. This is licensing documentation and therefore very important. I am extremely disappointed in a company that prizes itself on good service!
