Disappointing Service
Extremely disappointed by the lack of service and comms. Parcel is supposedly is still 'out on delivery' since 4am Friday and no one answers the call center line nor their Whatsapp lines. No sms or comms to say when to expect delivery- kept being referred to useless online tracker!
