Disappointing service by Skynet

The worst courier company. How are they even still in business? My parcel was out for delivery at 08:00AM and at 10:00am delivery failed because company closed. Company closed? How do you close after making a delivery promise? And on top of that? The whatsapp service chat goes smoothly until you ask whats happening with deliveries. It’s the end of the second week since my parcel was collected by them and I am honestly exhausted . Now the business I ordered from is about to lose a customer because of Skynet’s poor, embarrassing service
