Disappointing service

Extremely disappointing service from Skynet couriers. My order was out for delivery yesterday and I had arranged for someone to be at home to collect the package. It did not come. I was not informed of an unsuccessful delivery attempt either. Today my package was out for delivery from Elandsfontein and when I called Skynet, they said that the driver would be here before 4pm. I called again and they said 5pm. My package has still not arrived. It is extremely frustrating to constantly make arrangements to ensure that someone is at home to collect my package and what’s even more annoying is that there is no communication whatsoever.
