*Disappointing Experience with Skynet worldwide Courier Services*

I am extremely dissatisfied with Skynet Courier Services. Despite holding my parcel for 7 days, I've encountered unacceptable delays and poor communication.

Initially, I received no update from Skynet, prompting multiple phone calls. They then claimed an incorrect address, despite verifying the correct address in writing. The latest update states that the parcel is held at the depot, awaiting an "operations request" for delivery.

My attempts to contact Skynet have been frustrating, with unresponsive phone lines and inadequate communication. Consequently, I still haven't received my parcel.
