Disappointing Experience with Skynet Couriers

I'm extremely dissatisfied with Skynet service. My package has not been delivered despite the update system showing it as "out for delivery" and "attempted delivery due to no one being home." However, this is not true - no one contacted me or attempted to deliver the package.

I've also had a frustrating experience trying to reach their call center, waiting on hold for 45 minutes without getting through.

I just need my package and I hope Shein never appoints them again because they cause major inconveniences!.
