Disappointed

My tracking number is *** Im so disappointed with this company They called me last Monday and ask me if i stay in bothas hill they got ny delivery i told them yes thats correct and this guy said its too far and he said an F word and i don't know whtsa going to happen with my parcel and the other guy called me yesterday he said the same thing ita very far
