Disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Skynet. The customer service has been terrible, and the lack of honesty and communication is unacceptable. I was given information that turned out to be misleading, and the promises made to me were not fulfilled.

What makes the situation worse is the poor way my concerns were handled. Instead of receiving proper assistance and clear answers, I was left frustrated and disappointed. Customers deserve honesty, respect, and professional service, but my experience with Skynet has been the complete opposite.

I expected much better from a company like Skynet. I would not recommend their services based on my experience. Skynet seriously needs to improve its communication, accountability, and customer service. **Very poor experience and extremely disappointing!**
