Despicable service from Skynet Worldwide Express!!!!!

I am very disapointed with how this company has so unplesant employees with zero customer service.

I have received an sms in th emorning that my order was out for delevery and waited until 5:30PM when I received a call from a very rude driver whom I requested he give me 5 minutes as I was in the parking lot and he told me he doesnt have that time. I still needed to to inside the house and collect my ID and this rude gentlement could not afford me a mere 5 min after I waited whole day for the parcel. This is my licence disc and I am wandering if FNB is aware that the company they are working with or trusting with their brand is providing such despicable service to their clients. I have never expirienced such service from a courier company.
