Despicable service!

This was just the last straw for me I am an Avon representative who waits at least 5 business days for avon to deliver my parcel. Avon handed it over to Skynet it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I called the courier service at 4.30, the consultant contacted the driver who said he would be here before 5. Mind you they close at 5 so if nobody arrives there is nothing you can do about it. 8pm last night I was still waiting. My tracking page was just conveniently updated to today. No warning, no phone call no nothing this is unacceptable. It is the 4th time this has happened. You guys get paid for a service please be professional I cannot wait over a week for a parcel and then be even further delayed because nobody is willing to do their job!!!
