Delivery was not received

Very disappointed with their service my Vodacom order was supposed to be delivered by Skynet on the 24th they didn't deliver later on send an sms saying that the delivery failed they will rescheduled, on the 25th I got an sms saying my order will be delivered by 5pm, 10:50 I received an sms saying my order was delivered I was very shocked on how an order can be delivered without a communication from the driver. I tried calling their customer care service with no response till today I haven't received my order Vodacom are saying I must open a case.
