Delivery taking longer to arrive

Skynet is the not reliable honestly.i renewed my car DSC via Capitec app on the 4th of may on Friday 08-05-26 they sent me a sms saying my package is out of delivery on that day i never received anything even a sms to notify me my the delivery was late or something. Even now I didn’t receive my DSC 13-05-26 they are not reliable honestly @capitec they need to change this delivery company to other which is reliable honestly I’m not happy
